<note>This Book is about two main things. First, I want to discuss the relationship between biology and sociologi as sciences and between biological processes and social processes as realities. Secound, I want to try to aswer the question : why do human males form all-male groups? what do they do in their groups? And, What are the groups for? the connecting link between the two areas of concern is a hypothesis which will be described, discusse, and evaluated ( not tested)- Though i hope that the treatments of the two searate major areas should be able to stand independently of the hypothesis and of each other.</note>
